Compare their agreed product rates with your list prices. The assistant can explain the difference, but cannot change the rate.

Make permitted changes
When you grant order-editing access, your assistant can change the delivery address, requested day, payment method or notes on a placed order.
Changes are saved to Bottle. Delivery addresses must belong to the order’s customer, and delivered or cancelled orders cannot be changed.

Your assistant works within your Bottle permissions. You choose the business and what the connection may access.
Grant access to the records you need help with. Order-editing permission is separate, so you can keep the connection read-only.
Drivers can see their own rounds, not everybody else’s. If someone’s role changes, their connection’s access narrows with it.
Reduce permissions or disconnect the assistant from Connections. Removing someone from the business stops their access too.
Your chosen AI provider processes the information you allow it to access. Check its terms and your business’s data policies before connecting. Review AI answers and proposed changes before relying on them.
Connect your assistant
Open Connections in Bottle and follow the assistant’s setup guide. Sign in, choose your business and approve the permissions.
MCP is the connection that lets your assistant use Bottle’s tools. Available actions depend on your permissions and the features supported by your chosen AI service.
